At Choosing Keeping, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our curated stationery and tools. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original, undamaged presentation boxes and ensure they are securely protected for transit.

  Ship the Item

  Send your parcel using a tracked and insured shipping service to our London studio; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists have verified the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
